- Advised Vadinar Power Company Limited on a Rs. 1,440 crore rupee term loan facility from Axis Bank Ltd, including negotiation of the trust retention agreement, hypothecation deed, and deed of guarantee.
- Advised Supreme Infrastructure India Limited on a ₹405 crore project financing from a consortium of banks for the four-laning of the Ahmednagar–Karmala–Tembhurni section of State Highway 141 in Maharashtra.
